ZT-100-FC Electronics
The Full-Cut board — frequency sweeping rather than a single fixed excitation, to carry the measurement across phase inversion
Measurement That Does Not Stop at Phase Inversion
Every produced stream eventually crosses the point where oil-continuous becomes water-continuous. A single fixed excitation frequency cannot follow it across. The ZT-100-FC sweeps a frequency range instead and reads the difference in the response, which is what lets it report continuously from 0 to 100%.
Electrically it is the ZT-100-C platform — 24 VDC, the same 320 × 240 colour display, the same HART and Modbus RTU outputs. What differs is the excitation architecture and the probe head it drives.

Probe Configurations
The Full-Cut board is offered with I-Series insertion probes, using a dedicated Full-Cut head. Other measuring elements are not currently offered with this variant.

Flameproof (Ex d) and general-purpose versions are available. Certification is in progress and the certified figures will be published when they issue. See the ZT-100-B page for the certification currently in force in the range.
