Threaded Connection Design
The ZT-100 S-Series uses threaded connections for sensor components. Process connection is generally done with slip-on flanges, which cannot be radiographically inspected for weld issues unlike the F-Series weld neck flanges. Process connection may also be threaded (NPT, BSP, BSPT) for smaller pipe sizes such as 1 to 3 inch.
The S-Series provides reliable iso-kinetic water content metering in all small pipe applications. Can be installed inline or in bypass. Built to any piping spec in the materials of your choice. Sizes from 1 to 6 inch (or DN25 to DN200).
