Retractable Insertion Probe
The ZT-100 I-Series Retractable is designed for water cut measurement in large-diameter pipelines where the probe must be installed and removed under full process pressure. The fully blow-out proof safe design allows the sensor to be retracted under pressure up to ANSI Class 1500 (250 barg), making it ideal for installations where downtime is not an option.
The probe enters the pipeline through a 2" or 3" nozzle and is designed for line sizes from 12" to 48". The retraction mechanism includes a packing gland, guide tube, and locking collar to safely control probe insertion and extraction under pressure. Strict safety procedures apply during retraction operations.

Hot-Tappable
Install and remove the probe under full process pressure without shutdown, using a full-bore ball valve and retraction kit.
Retraction Kit

Adjustable Depth
Variable insertion depth allows positioning the sensor at the optimal measurement point in the pipe cross-section.
Hazardous Area Certified
