Flanged Insertion Probe

The ZT-100TEG I-Series Flanged is a permanently installed insertion probe designed for water-in-TEG measurement in large-diameter, high-pressure glycol circulation lines. The probe is bolted directly to a flanged nozzle, providing a robust, leak-tight installation rated up to ANSI Class 1500.

Without the complexity of a retraction mechanism, the flanged version offers a simpler, more compact installation with higher pressure capability. Ideal for pipelines 6" and larger where the probe does not need to be removed under pressure.
