Reliable Flow Homogenisation
Our static mixing elements are installed upstream of sampling points and measurement instruments to ensure the fluid stream is properly homogenised. In multi-phase flow, stratification and uneven distribution of water droplets can lead to unrepresentative samples and inaccurate measurements.
Static mixers solve this by creating controlled turbulence that distributes the dispersed phase (water) evenly across the pipe cross-section. With no moving parts, they require zero maintenance and introduce minimal pressure drop.
